Elsie's birthday could not have went any better than it did! I owe a big shout out to my amazing husband, Dee! He took Elsie out around noon on her birthday to pick up stuff that we needed for the party, the cake, etc. He was gone from noon to about 3pm. He took Elsie with him so I could get my math review done. Seriously he is the best! Her party wouldn't have gone smoothly if it wasn't for him!! Also, I owe a big thanks to everyone that came out and celebrated with us! It was a blast! I planned on making Elsie's first cake.. but I had to take a few things off my plate because I realized you cannot do it all without going insane. Although I was really looking forward to making her a cake (because hello! I love baking) her Costco cake turned out just fine & I'm glad I didn't have the stress of making a perfect cake for her birthday along with every other stress I had that day. Still cannot believe that I have a one year old now! Somebody pinch me!!
